Designing of a multipurpose vehicle for Indian Police force for patrolling and quick response in special situations

Police are the initial protector and keeper of our society. This is happening from decades. If something unusual or bad happens, they are the first to take physical action officially. Police have to go through different countless situations depending on the emergency type. As a form of physical response, they have to travel with different types of vehicles. They have some general vehicles and also vehicles for very specific purposes. But situations do not always come with predictions. Anytime they have to be ready for any kind of places, emergency situations to go. For this if one vehicle can serve multiple purposes it would be very time efficient and work friendly, they don’t have to wait for the specific vehicles. And there could be many situations present while travelling or patrolling in normal or very specific vehicles.
So here my aim is to Design a vehicle which can serve multiple scenarios from handling mob or riot to rescuing people in disasters, arresting suspects to taking patient, either in urban or rural surroundings.
