Each second of delay might cause a life in case of an emergency. Many exceptions are made for ambulance so that the delay could be avoided in case of an emergency. Heavy traffic and some other factors might cause the delay which might not be possible to avoid in certain cases. A personal quick response mobility vehicle can be introduced which can react at the location of the accident and stabilize the victim. Emergency Medical services is a system and there are lots of things going around within this system. Many other factors also cause a delay to the EMS other than traffic. EMS system has to be quick, efficient and carry all the required things which might help a paramedic treating the victim. Paramedic have to be ready at all the times and have to respond quickly as soon as emergency arrives.
