There are several design parameters that drive the process to design objects for the future. Evolving human needs, technological capabilities and synergy with our environment play a huge role in driving design interventions in the field of mobility. The Design Future Framework (DeF) model, proposed by Malhotra, S. (2014) mapped these various design parameters spread across three broad categories. In this DRS project, the technology projects and products that have happened after the year 2000 were studied, analyzed and plotted in accordance with the DeF framework.
